Foster “pawrents” are the heart of our organization. We do not have a physical location, so all of our beagles are placed directly into foster homes.

Long-term fostering (1-3 months) is our greatest need. Short-term fostering (1 day – 2 weeks) is also needed, as well as hospice care for the rest of the dog’s life. TBR takes care of all medical costs and can help provide transportation (helping take dogs to and from vet appointments, picking up dogs for adoption days, and giving them their freedom ride from shelters). We often have very generous donations of food, toys, beds, and blankets that are distributed to our foster homes.
