Evelyn was rescued from the Duplin County Shelter.

Hi there! My name is Evelyn, and I’m a sweet and playful pup who loves to ride in a bicycle trailer and snuggle with my foster beagle sister. I enjoy spending time on the couch and playing with my toys, and I walk well on a leash. While I can be a bit jealous when it comes to toys or ear skritches. I get along well with the other dogs in my foster home. I can be a bit loud when my humans first come home, but otherwise, I’m pretty quiet. I sleep quietly in my crate every night.  Overall, I’m a happy and loving pup who enjoys sitting on the couch with my humans and snuggling up. While I’m making progress in gaining confidence, I may not be the best fit for a home with young children just yet.

I’m currently in foster care and looking for my forever family who will provide me with lots of love and attention. I can’t wait to find a home where I’ll be able to snuggle up with my humans and play with my toys to my heart’s content. A bonus would be if my new humans were bike riders, I LOVE riding along behind in the bike trailer.
