Meet Wren, a lovable senior hound mix looking for her forever home. This sweet girl has a heart of gold and loves nothing more than cuddling up next to her favorite human for some pets and belly rubs. She is a true social butterfly and never meets a stranger, so she would be the perfect companion for anyone looking for a furry friend to share their life with.

Wren is very food motivated, which makes her an excellent candidate for training. She gets along great with other dogs, although she does need to be fed separately. She’s also starting to show an interest in toys and occasionally plays with other dogs. She absolutely adores short walks and long car rides, so if you’re looking for a travel buddy, Wren might just be the one for you.

Wren has a grade 3/6 heart murmur and arthritis in her back and hips, which may require some extra TLC and care from her future family. However, this doesn’t stop her from enjoying life to the fullest. She is house-trained, but sometimes has difficulty holding her bladder through the night.

Wren has been crate trained and does well in her crate. She hasn’t had the chance to meet any cats yet. Despite her health challenges, Wren is a resilient dog who would make a wonderful addition to any loving home. Come meet her today and see if she’s the perfect fit for you!
